Check monthly and advise on any winter damage

Check basement/crawl space and attic for water leaks and advise

Apply caulk to any cracks in the foundation

Check/repair all faucets and water supply lines (excludes freeze related damage)

Check/repair/replace all non working toilet mechanicals

Replace all broken or blown light bulbs (excludes mercury)

Check/repair all doors, knobs, locks, and adjust swing

Open all manual foundation vents

Add Rid-X to septic system

Jul/Aug/Sep

Check and caulk windows as needed

Replace torn or loose weather stripping around doors

Check all filters, heater, air returns, water and advise

Check roof, fascia and soffit boards, and advise

Check and repair flashing around chimneys and vent pipes

Check and repair gutters and downspouts for stability

Repair any area where rodents may enter

Add Rid-X to septic system

Oct/Nov/Dec

Clean accessible gutters

Remove leaves from decks and walkways

Secure all outside furniture

Make sure all windows are closed and screens secured

Close all manual foundation vents

Add Rid-X to septic system
